Why we built Reshi Real Assets
Reshi Real Assets was created with the belief that real estate deserves deeper curiosity and patience than most institutional capital affords it. The UK is full of places and buildings that tell a story — former mills, Georgian terraces in towns yet to be discovered, coastal villages on the edge of a lifestyle shift.
These are not assets that appear on Bloomberg screens or institutional mandates. They require you to get in a car and drive, to walk a high street, to talk to locals. That is the work we do — and the research we bring to our investor circle.
We remain a small, deliberate operation by design. Our strength is in depth, not breadth.
